 INGREDIENTS

• Pure Honey
• Garlic
• Ginger
• A container with cover

How to prepare (Preparation/Needed herbs)

1. Dry the ginger and garlic using either sun or oven
2. Grind the dried ginger and garlic to a powder form
3. Put the grinded ginger and garlic in a clean container and add sufficient pure honey in the ratio of 2:1 teaspoon order (honey 2, while ginger & garlic 1).
4. Close the container after each usage to prevent entry of bacteria and micro organisms. 

Storage

1. Store in a cool, dry and clean place.

How to use (Usage/Dosage)

1. Take 2 teaspoon of this herbal medicine three times daily.
2. Take it an hour before taking water or meal.
3. It is advisable to use this herbal medicine after dinner before bedtime.

Precaution;

1. This herbal medicine should not be administer to infant.
2. kids between the age of 3 and above can use this herbal medicine under the supervision of an adult. Such kids should be give 1\4 (a quarter) of teaspoon thrice daily.
